1 Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions and all related dvtoto policies:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the dvtoto Platform, creating an Account, or placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with dvtoto's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms shall constitute acceptance of those revisions.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on dvtoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated agents are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. dvtoto strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration. dvtoto is designed and operated specifically to serve players within the Indonesian market.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a Restricted Person — including any individual who has previously been suspended or permanently excluded from the Platform, or who is registered under a self-exclusion program.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of dvtoto or any of its affiliated entities, game-studio partners, or payment providers.

dvtoto reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to dvtoto's satisfaction.

4 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the dvtoto Platform, you must register a Member Account. By registering, you agree to the following conditions:

• Single Account: Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. dvtoto will close all duplicate Accounts and may permanently suspend the Member.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.
• Suspicious Activity: You must notify dvtoto immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact our support team at [email protected].
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. dvtoto reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administrative fee as notified to the Member in advance. Members will be contacted prior to any fee being applied.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

dvtoto is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable international anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. KYC verification may be requested at any time, including before processing withdrawals, after a significant deposit, or when dvtoto reasonably suspects fraudulent activity.

Accepted documents for identity verification include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM) — must be government-issued, current, and clearly readable.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter dated within the last three months, showing your full name and Indonesian residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot or scan of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits, confirming ownership by the Account holder.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified in dvtoto's request may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality, temporary Account restriction, or permanent Account closure at dvtoto's discretion.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the dvtoto Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). dvtoto supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction, subject to the minimum threshold of the selected payment channel.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes during standard banking hours. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions; processing times may extend during public holidays including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
• Matching Requirement: The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals must be registered in the same name as the dvtoto Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Transaction Limits: dvtoto reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits. Applicable limits will be displayed within the Member's Account dashboard.
• No Fees from dvtoto: dvtoto does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees — please consult your provider directly.
• Declined Transactions: dvtoto reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in breach of these Terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

dvtoto offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this Clause, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of each individual offer.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Members who meet the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion. dvtoto reserves the right to restrict bonus participation to Members who satisfy particular deposit history, activity level, or verification status requirements.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable rollover multiplier will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of remaining bonus funds.
• Minimum Odds: Where a wagering requirement applies to sports betting markets — including bandar bola (online football bookmaker) and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) markets — only bets placed at odds of 1.50 or greater will count toward fulfilling that requirement, unless otherwise specified.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games (including slot gacor, Indonesia's popular high-volatility slot category) typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. • One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a Member's Account at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse and Collusion: dvtoto reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void wagers, and suspend Accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Member has abused the bonus system — including through arbitrage betting, low-risk staking strategies, or collusion with other Members.
• Seasonal Promotions: dvtoto may offer special promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Chinese New Year (Imlek). These promotions carry their own specific terms and are subject to availability and eligibility.

8 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagering activity on the dvtoto Platform across all product categories, including sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sabung ayam (traditional Indonesian cockfighting) broadcast markets:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the dvtoto system and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets submitted but not confirmed — for example due to connection failure — are not valid.
• Odds Changes: Odds on the Platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Void Bets: dvtoto reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was accepted in error due to a manifest pricing mistake; (b) the event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; (c) the outcome was influenced by irregular or suspicious activity; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
• Maximum Winnings: Individual maximum payout limits apply per bet and per product category. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface. Winnings exceeding the published maximum will be capped at the stated limit.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, and Bundesliga fixtures) and other live sports are subject to a brief suspension window while odds are recalculated following significant in-game events. Bets placed during a suspension window will not be accepted.
• Togel Draw Results: Results for togel markets are sourced from officially recognised draw providers. dvtoto does not control or influence draw outcomes. Results are published promptly following each draw and are final once confirmed.
• Sabung Ayam Markets: Sabung ayam markets are offered as a broadcast-based product. Meron (the red corner) and Wala (the blue corner) designations follow the rules of the host arena. dvtoto does not influence fight outcomes.

9 Responsible Gaming

dvtoto is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting the welfare of its Members. The following tools and policies are available to all Members free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Members may set caps on total losses over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets or a revised limit is approved.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure session duration alerts and automatic logouts to manage the time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from betting may apply for a temporary self-exclusion period of between 1 week and 6 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Account cannot be accessed and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications remind Members of the time elapsed and funds wagered during the current session.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dvtoto Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sports events, or any form of sports corruption.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any Member who identifies such an issue must report it to support immediately — exploiting it constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using dvtoto deposits and withdrawals to layer, place, or integrate illegally obtained funds.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent house edge in live casino games.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or e-wallet provider without first seeking resolution through dvtoto's support channels.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the dvtoto Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, software, game content licensed from third-party studios, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to dvtoto and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of placing legitimate wagers in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• The right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• The right to scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Platform for commercial purposes.
• The right to use the dvtoto brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by dvtoto.

Game content delivered through Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and other studio partners remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dvtoto's total aggregate liability to any Member — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dvtoto expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill — whether direct or indirect.
• Any loss arising from temporary or permanent Platform unavailability, including scheduled maintenance windows.
• Any loss resulting from the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
• Any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if dvtoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption to betting markets caused by events outside dvtoto's reasonable control, including sports governing body decisions, venue cancellations, or force majeure events.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dvtoto holds its international operating licence.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that online betting is subject to a complex and evolving legal landscape in Indonesia, and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. dvtoto makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for use of the Platform in violation of local law.

In the event of any dispute between you and dvtoto, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as nominated by dvtoto.

14 Amendments

dvtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dvtoto will notify Members by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on the Member's Account.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
